How do I turn it off?
Simply disarm the tattletale. Otherwise, unplug the Siren from the black relay box.

The strobe wires may be reversed. The red wire should be on the positive and the black wire should be on the negative.

Why doesn't my Siren/Strobe flash or sound when the alarm trips?
Verify that the black relay box is connected to power, connected to your tattletale, and that the siren head is connected to the relay box.
If everything appears to be connected properly and is still not working, call us at 1-888-TELL-ON-U. Please have your serial number ready when you call, and be on location with the base unit.
